The CRT provides an affordable alternative to BC Supreme Court for resolving condo disputes and strata property disputes. CRT decisions can be enforced like court orders.
For traditional injunctions (mandatory or prohibitive), BC Supreme Court would be required, though the CRT's compliance orders often achieve similar results at lower cost.
Document Everything
For successful noise complaint resolution, maintain detailed records including dates, times, duration, and the type of noise. Video or audio recordings can support your case in CRT proceedings.
