James Lee

James Lee is a litigation lawyer focusing on criminal defence, family law, and civil litigation. He represents clients across the Lower Mainland and Greater Vancouver region. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria in 2015 and was an articling student with George Lee Law Corporation, where he gained foundational experience in criminal, family, civil litigation, and immigration law matters. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in August 2016. He later practised in Southern Alberta and was called to the Alberta Bar in April 2019 while working alongside a highly regarded criminal lawyer in the region.

Since 2017, James has focused his practice on criminal and civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on criminal law. He has developed significant trial experience appearing before the Provincial Court of British Columbia and the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
